In the Rezabal family, we have always dreamed with the idea of making a sparkling wine due to the qualities of the native variety Hondarrabi Zuri. So after a few years of trials, this year we have added to our collection this extraordinary limited edition, Brut Basque Country, made to relive moments and enjoy any kind of celebration.
The choice of Brut Basque Country design, through the red ribbon that lines the neck of the bottle, echoes our Euskal dantza culture and tradition.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Crystalline white with greenish flashes and a fine and persistent bubble.
Aroma: Complex fruit with almond notes and white flowers that merge with the mineral and seductive complexity of the variety.

It comes from a very particular plot of the town of Zarautz.
