TASTING NOTES

Colour: Yellow crystalline emerald green trimmed.

Aroma: Elegant in its varietal complexity. Suggestive with feelings of fruit – pineapple, apple, apricot – boxwood, mineral nuances, and white flowers.

Taste: Seductive fine bubble, with a subtle and balanced acidity. Sumptuous volume with a long ending.

10% native variety “Hondarrabi Beltza”
